EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and is a little like acupuncture without needles.
It involves tapping on meridian points on the body helping to clear conflicts and imbalances in the body and the mind. The ability to get to the heart of the matter and extract all of the associated blocks around the issue is the key to the success of this treatment.
As with the other therapeutic services she offers, Zoë initially spends time assessing the client's goals before using EFT, either alone or in combination with other disciplines, to release blocks and internal conflict and create new choices. EFT has been proven to be extremely effective and often works when nothing else will.
